Professional Ping Pong Tables
Professional Grade Ping Pong Tables Allow You to Feel Like an Olympian
We are proud to offer you its sturdiest indoor ping pong table available. Our professional grade ping pong tables feature the thickest possible playing surface (1-inch / 25 mm) and the strongest leg frames (2-inches / 50 mm of powder coated steel power). The result is a table that weighs 253 pounds (115 kg), which is a very solid unit considering it also folds for playback practice and storage and features caster wheels for easy rollaway.
All of our indoor ping pong tables are manufactured to professional specifications including the dimensions (5 feet by 9 feet and 30 inches off the floor / 152 cm x 274 cm x 76 cm) but we also want you to notice that our indoor table tennis units are manufactured with official playing surface colors. According to the International Table Tennis Federation, the playing surface of ping pong tables must be matte and uniformly dark in color. In order to be ITTF-approved, ping pong tables must be blue or green and not shed color onto the ball. We have elected to offer blue as its standard indoor ping pong table surface instead of green because it recognizes that nearly 8 percent of Caucasian males are green/red color blind.
In addition to the uniformly dark blue matte colored playing surfaces, our ping pong tables are made with the standard white side lines along all the edges and a perpendicular line from the net down the center of all its tables, dividing the surface into equal half-courts for doubles play.
Don’t Overlook the Importance of a Proper Ping Pong Net
How many times have you seen a droopy ping pong net on a public table? Maybe the posts are broken or rigged in place because of the wear and tear of amateur ping pong players. If you are purchasing an Olympic-quality ping pong table from us, we want you to know that your net will be world class as well. It will reach the standard 6 feet long (1.8 meters) and be set so the top of the net is 6 inches (15.25 cm) above the playing surface. The net is an important distinction because why go through a world-class setup, ensuring your professional indoor ping pong table has the necessary elasticity and even bounces off the premium wood surface only to have an improper net ruin the competition?
