- The item must be new and factory sealed and subject to a manufacturer's warranty applicable in the USA & Canada.
- The item must be sold by an authorized full service retailer located in the USA or Canada. Please note that Amazon, eBay and other online aggregate web sites are not considered full service retailers.
- Competitors’ prices must be in USD or Canadian dollars and will be adjusted for any difference in guarantee terms, shipping charges, fees, taxes or other charges such as handling fees taxes and duties.
